Giselle is a full length romantic ballet in two acts that premiered June 28, 1841 in the Paris Opera.  Jean Coralli and Jules Perrot were the original choreographers of the ballet set to Adolphe Adams' brilliant score. Giselle is one of the most frequently performed ballets even today.
